Lauren Gruber is an arts administrator, focusing on data-driven solutions to unique challenges in the arts. She currently serves as the Director of CRM at Overture Center for the Arts, where she has built up the data and analytics branch of the IT team since 2015. In addition to her work with Overture, Lauren has co-chaired the Women in Tech and Wisconsin Community groups for Tessitura Network, an enterprise CRM system and community of arts & culture professionals across North America, the UK, and Asia Pacific. A lifelong performer, Lauren has been fortunate enough to work as a singer, actor, and music director with many Madison-area theatres and choirs.
