M. Martine Allard is a native of New York, of Haitian decent, attended the NYC Public Schools, The Boston Conservatory & The University of LV Nevada where she majored in Opera Theatre & Jazz Production. She 1st appeared on Broadway at age 13 in the musical The Tap Dance Kid which she received a 1984 Theatre World Award, was nominated for a 1984 Tony Award, 1986 Helen Hayes Award & the NAACP Image Award for Best Supporting Actress in a musical. Since then Martine has appeared in many more theater productions, cabarets, Operas, t.v. mini series & sitcoms such as “Diff’Rent Strokes”, several recordings including the cast album of The Tap Dance Kid & her solo jazz CD, IT IS WHAT IT IS. As an accredited vocal instructor, a proud member of Sigma Alpha Iota Women’s Music Fraternity & the Nat'l Assoc. for Negro Musicians, she attributes her successes to the support of her family, the Light & Sound of God & service to LIFE THROUGH MUSIC.

Qiana McNary is making her debut performance with Capital City Theatre. Qiana’s regional theatre credits include Ghost the Musical (Louise/Oda Mae U/S) Theatre at The Center (IN) and Ain’t Misbehavin’ (Armelia), Portland Stage Company (MN). Her Chicagoland credits include Crowns (Mabel), Hairspray (Motormouth), The Little Mermaid (Ursula), Caroline or Change (Caroline), and Sister Act (Deloris). Qiana is a graduate of Roosevelt – The Chicago College of Performing Arts, and is a singer/songwriter who performs with her band, The McNary Experience.

Tony Perry has been seen on the New York stage in the US premiere of Murray Schisgal’s 74 Georgia Ave., which was performed in English and Yiddish; Caroline, or Change; Leslie Lee and Charles Strouse’s Martin: A New Beginning; Bastard Jones; Raisin; Allegro; More Than All The World; A Shelter In Our Car; Repo: The Genetic Opera; The Groove Factory; Cross That River; and The Bonus Army. Among his favorite roles are Delray in Memphis, Jim Conley in Parade; Tee Tot in Hank Williams: Lost Highway; Big Moe in Five Guys Named Moe, Riff Raff in The Rocky Horror Show, Parchester in Me and My Girl, and Jim in Big River. For the last several years has performed in Soul to Soul, a multi-lingual concert celebrating the journeys of African-Americans and Jewish-American immigrants.
